Not happy. First 2 would be 4 or 5 stars. Last order is a 1 star

Good evening,

I wanted to reach out and let you know about my dissatisfaction with my last order from you. This is the third time I buy the same plaque from you, and the first 2 were great, but this last one was not very good at all. I'm pretty disappointed with what you sent me.
Not only was the shipping box damaged, but so was the black box that actually holds the plaque. It was falling apart and it was apparent that our was shipped like that. Shipping probably messed up the outer box, but the inner box had more damage than the outer box.
The glass was chipped! And it just seemed like you sent me some scrap you had left over... it was definitely not up to standard.
Unfortunately for me, I had to fulfill my order, so I ended up giving my customer a hefty discount for the bad product I received from you. The work I did on it came out great, but the fact that the glass was chipped and the box was tore up... made the whole presentation bad. Taking a loss is bad, but I didn't want to fail my customer. I didn't have time to replace it, or contact you for a replacement. At the end of the day, I made the best of it but it's not a good feeling or experience.

I'm disappointed, and I'm not positive I will buy from you again. I hope this information helps you better your service in the future.
